Dear reader
I keep thinking about the moment before everything shifted, when it still felt almost ordinary. You said nothing had changed, and I tried to believe you, but the air had already begun to rearrange itself around us.
There was a pause I couldn’t explain, a thin hesitation between what I saw and what I understood. It felt familiar, though I’m certain I had never stood there before. Or maybe I had, just not in this way.
If something seems closer now, it isn’t because it moved. It’s because we did.
Love,
Frame
